Over the past decade, Honduras has slowly emerged as a region known for its specialty coffee. This coffee is a perfect example of why. These dark-roasted beans are from the central highlands of Honduras and are strictly cultivated in between altitudes of 4,800 to 6,400 feet. You can expect a smooth, balanced cup with mild acidity. Look for a subdued lemony taste, followed by notes of roasted walnuts and a sweet chocolatey smooth finish.
