Few other coffee companies roast single-origin beans like we do, but we feel that when matched with the correct roast, you get a flavor profile which really can showcase its region of the world. The Nicaraguan bean is from a biodiverse farm, where our coffee buyers got to fill their own basket with beans picked from the tree by the farmer. This bean makes the ideal dark-roasted flavor profile, maybe because the farm grows in the shadow of a volcano. The cup has low acidity and is smooth from start to finish with hints of raisins, roasted walnuts, and dark chocolate. Here is a coffee unique enough to satisfy any coffee connoisseur, but versatile enough to serve at any time.
